Where does the property drain to?
A drain puts thousands of gallons down the line, so this decides whether we can do the job at all. Not sure? Most homes in Las Vegas and Henderson are on city sewer - septic is usually older or rural property.
What does the water look like now?
This does not change the price - a drain is one price whatever is in there. It tells the crew what is coming out of the pool and how to set up for it.
Want the surfaces quoted while it is empty?
An empty pool is the only time the plaster can be properly looked at, so it is the cheapest moment to have it done. Nothing is charged for it today - we look while we are there and tell you what it would be.
